  1. Get some really nice countertops
  2. Fresh paint in the main room
  3. Replace the front door with a really cool one with a glass design
  4. Get some nice decor
  5. Upgrade our shower
  6. Repaint the main bathroom
  7. Lots of landscaping outside!
  8. Change the shades in the living room
  9. New guest bed
  10. New carpeting
