Not to rub it in, but I was 15 rows behind home plate, dead center, on Saturday when the Cubs clinched it. I took about 300 pictures.
Besides the birth of my 2 children, and of course my wedding day (just covering everything), probably the most exciting day of my life. One of the guys I was with burst into tears. Sissy.

Maybe it will be a White Sox/Cubs series. My brother and his wife will go on hiatus if it is - Chicago will just be nuts.

If it comes to the Cubs or the White Sox, I think I'd rather see the Cubs win. They've waited long enough for it. I'd really like to see the Detroit Tigers win, but that's not gonna happen, something about teams with a sub-500 record not finishing high enough this year to make the play offs.

Yes, folks, the Tigers clinched their own milestone this weekend - with their third straight loss to the Cleveland Indians, they guaranteed themselves a sub-500 seasons since 2005. Now there's something to CROW about!

Well, there's always next year.

Go Cubbies!

To say I'm excited is an understatement. It was fun watching the post game celebration. There is something very special about this team.
