For this particular audience (xxx and xxx) I was impressed as a customer with your delivery of the basics. That was about as fast as this contingent will go and still retain the knowledge delivered. I want to congratulate you for connecting with us on a personal level, while still maintaining a very high level of professionalism.
I think that if we make a few more passes over the same material, stopping a few times to connect the software process with our business processes, as we did today, we will really be able to function once we make the switch.
