I Love Celebrating Presidents!

Today I have the day of in honor of President’s day. I technically had it off last year but had to work, and almost didn’t have it off this year but that’s another story.
So I’m baking carrot spinach brownies (eew, right? We’ll see how they turn out!) and hanging with my mom-friends for a play date.

i love carrots and spinach and chocolate… but i’ve never had them altogether… let us know how they taste!
Interesting… i think my buddies would gobble up a spinach brownie if i they thought it was something else… Please do tell us how they turn out.
