We went to Bob Chinn's on Friday for our company holiday party - all 12 of us who are left from X-Systems (who are all now part of X-Inc), plus the new guy that was hired to do our programming. It was so nice to spend time with my coworkers, who I never get to see anymore since we all work from home now. You never realize how much you crave conversation with coworkers until you have no one to talk to during your work day. It was fun to talk about the good old days, and laugh about how eerily "The Office" episodes mirrored what happened at X-Systems.

I downed some Mai Tais but had to stop myself because I didn't want to puke all over my food. It's nice to be able to drink and not have to worry about nursing, but my tolerance has gotten so low! I had to watch myself to make sure I wasn't talking too loud or giggling too much.

Here's my meal, the Ex-Crab-aganza. It contains three different kinds of crab, though I don't remember what kinds. Maybe stone crab, kona crab and something else. I didn't really care, I just wanted a lot of crab, and as you can see, this was definitely a LOT of crab! It was as delicious and filling as it looks!
