The Healing Power of Sushi

I had a layover from my trip back home from Santa Barbara in San Francisco. It was very short, but I was starving, so I picked up some Chinese dim sum and sushi. That's the thing that I love about the San Francisco - fresh sushi at the airport!

Before we took off, I scarfed down my dim sum. My flight from Santa Barbara was a bit rocky, so I was feeling a bit queasy. Eating the dim sum didn't help. I decided to save my sushi for later in case I got hungry again.

I still felt crappy an hour into the flight, but didn't want my sushi to get bad. (does it get bad after that much time? I don't know.) So I ate my sushi, and it was heavenly. And suddenly, my quesy, angry stomach and dizziness went away. I felt great.

Ahh...sushi.

My dream, If I had tons of cash, would be to abandon cooking dinners and just spend the money on Japanese food (at least 4 nights a week), as well as Middle East, Mediterranean (especially octopus salad), Thai, and Indian food!
