Coffee, Chile Picante Corn Nuts. Garlic Pretzel with Salsa Cheese[leftover from yesterday], Lemon Coffee Cake[stolen from the training room]. Good breakfast, huh? Ahh, I love having a high metabolism!
My appetite has been really weird for a few days or so, manily because I got kicked on my ass by Buffalo Wild Wings last weekend. I don't know what maniac decided to invent those inedible hot sauces put them on chicken wings. Even the 'medium' sauce, which is about all I can really stand, did me in something fierce. I can't even imagine what their 'hot' or '911' sauce is like...
I'm half Thai, so my momma always made hot curries and used peppers, and I'm used to hot tasting food. But there's a difference between food that tastes hot and food that burns your stomach lining and intestines and other things down the line. I guess everyone has different tastes; I've actually heard of [but not seen] a couple people that have ventured to the 'hot' realm at BWW. Have any of you accomplished this feat?? Just give me my Hooters wings and I'll be happy. Love them Hooters!
Anyway, in other news, I think I'll go golf today after work. Last time out, I played nine holes, and parred 4 of them...but also had two 8's and two 7's-not very consistent. I just have to keep at it, and I'll have my PGA tour card in no time. Lata playas.
Posted by Sam at August 16, 2005 10:21 AMI used to have a much higher tolerance for hot spicy food than I do now.
Ah, what moving to the suburbs does to a gal. :-P
Posted by: noelle on August 16, 2005 11:34 AMAhhhh Golf… I played 18 two weeks ago and scored 78, the first time I broke 80. I thought I was in to something! Then I played 18 again last Sunday and scored 87. Same swing, same swing thought, same clubs and back to 80s again. =(

Posted by: Master Foley on August 16, 2005 12:55 PMNoelle-Coincidentally, I live in the suburbs now too! Could it be all the Krispy Kreme's that is making my stomach so delicate??
Val-78? That's pretty damn awesome! How long you been playing? I have yet to break 90 on 18, but I know I can do it!
Master--What's the matter with your taste buds dude?
Posted by: Sam on August 16, 2005 02:01 PMSam it's been almost 5 years now. It's a great game even though it's so frustrating most of the time. Good luck and play well.
