Yesterday was my cousin Trully's baby shower. She's having a baby boy and the whole family is pretty excited. We were tossing around potential names a couple months ago, and I was trying to think of a first name that sounds good with a last name that starts with 'V'. Something strong, different, and cool.
...and what name is cooler than 'Vader'?
It wasn't recieved as a potential candidate for a baby name, I don't know why. But I think it's a good name, don't you? *smirk* If anything, call him Anakin and let him grow into Vader when the time comes.
So I talk to her belly to Vader all the time, telling him that he will be Vader to me, no matter what. As he's growing up, I'll tell him that his birth name is just a cover, that 'Vader' is the name he was destined to have.
For the shower yesterday, I came up with the best gift wrapping EVER, as can be seen in this picture:
Yes. I'm crazy.
For his first birthday, he's getting himself a light saber!
I'm going to be THE BEST AUNT EVER.
....or the craziest. I can't figure out which.
