A Walk to Remember

OK, it actually wasn't.

But it was a good walk to clear my thoughts, rearrange things in my head, and to think about where I'm going to go from here.

Took some pictures around Chinatown which probably won't come out since it was cloudy and kinda dark. I had sushi at this restaurant, but it was pretty bad - I felt like I was chewing rubberbands. Walked around a little more after dinner. City Hall looks pretty nice at night, all lit up. A guy passed as I was taking pictures and said, "I guess you're not from around here." I said yeah, it's pretty obvious. "Well, I am. And I'm moving to California in two weeks. And you know what? I'm not going to miss it here at all." I think I kinda looked like a deer in headlights after he spoke. "Well, enjoy your trip. Goodbye."

Goodbye, weirdo man on the street.

You should have gone to Morimoto's for sushi. I imagine it to be a bit pricey but I would think it would be worth eating sushi made by the Iron Chef. Next time you are in LA, I'll take you to a pretty good sushi spot.

You know what they say about talking to strangers. That poor man should have known better...

Get back home and we'll take you out to lunch for a nice steak and--oops, you can't eat that kind of stuff for awhile, heh-heh. Ok, Hooters then. We should go to Hooters. Ok, you convinced me! We're going!

Stan I spent $80 bucks there. But I got sushi, entree, dessert, and coffie. I have no gauge if that was expensive or not for a trendy retrauante but figured I'd spend at least that much.

The sushi was spectacular.

$80 is a pretty good deal for a place like Morimoto's. I gotta check it out if I'm there.
