Making Cleaning...FUN!

Even though we've got a new place, there are a few minor things that need to be cleaned, like some dirt stains on the wall. I picked up the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, because it looked really cool in the commercials.

Its this white sponge looking like thing that you run under water, squeeze, then rub on your walls to get out dirt, crayon, grease, etc. I was a little skeptical, but it actually does work. Unfortunately, I've been too busy to really clean with it.

So Claudine, my sister, was over the other day...and we had a conversation:

Claud: Hey, is that a Magic Eraser?
Me: Yeah.
Claud: Cool! Does it work?
Me: Yeah, but I haven't had much time to play with it.
Claud: Oh, that's too bad.
Me: Hey, you wanna try it?
Claud: (excited) Yeah! Can I?
Me: Sure, go ahead!
Claud: How do I use it?
Me: Just run it under water, squeeze it, then rub it on the wall.
Claud: It doesn't stain or anything?
Me: Nope! Go ahead and try it out in the hallway upstairs, the wall is pretty dirty up there.
Claud: Awesome! *grabs Magic Eraser and runs upstairs to clean my walls*

Thank you, Mr. Clean, for making it so easy for me to clean my walls - by having somebody else do it!

If I were over at your place I would probably do the same thing. It's a sign that you've "grown up" when you want to try a new cleaning product.
