Photo Friday: Macro

Blue Flowers: Long Beach, CA - May 2004

This is the first time I really played around with the zoom options on my camera, and I think it turned out OK. I really need to read my camera manual sometime. There's so much that I can do with it that I have no idea about!

I don't know Christine. If you got the same manual I did it doesn't tell you much. I've read mine from beginning to end. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the pictures off the camera software so I can email them. I don't seem to have the buttons they tell me to use.

Have you guys ever gone to the Olympus website and looked at the online manuals for your camera? For my camera, (which is an older version of yours), they have a manual online that is much more complete than the one that came with the camera. That one is basically useless.

Thanks for the tip Denise - I'll check it out tonight when I get home. And you're right, the one you get with the camera is useless.

Yeah, the manual is 200+ pages long, and you can get it online from Olympus...
