Well, the day didn't end up as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was up pretty late yesterday trying to get all my stuff together so I could rebuild it this morning. For some reason, when I really need to stay up, I get super sleepy! But I made sure I had enough done before I went to sleep.

After a couple hours, I woke up 2 hours early for work so I could be up before people were at work in Chicago. Then it was work work work. And many phone calls to work. Luckily, everyone was willing to help and people didn't get too frazzled. There were some things that I wasted time on that eventually we didn't use, but it's all part of the learning curve. I also made a lot of silly mistakes, but it's hard to work on something at the office when you're not there to see the results. It's like being blind and just feeling your way around.

So now I can breath easy, because we're done getting the presentation ready.

Now I have to catch up on the other work that I've been putting aside.

Argh!
