1. What do you do for a living? Technical support and on-site consulting involving customization, training, implementation and integration of my company's training management/help desk management software.
2. What do you like most about your job? The people I work with, though the numbers of people who I like at my job are dwindling fast. I like a small part of the traveling - I get a lot of miles and got to see a lot of airports.
3. What do you like least about your job? The high stress level of working at a small company that doesn't have the resources or knowledge that big companies do. Red tape with management. Living out of my suitcase at times. Bugs in the software that I have to explain to customers. Having to work TOO much. Not having a cleaer idea of what I really should be doing.
4. When you have a bad day at work it's usually because _____... I've got too many things to do and too many clients breathing down my neck, and I don't have answers for them.
5. What other career(s) are you interested in? Teaching kids. Website development. Taste Tester. Sleeping.
