Posted by Yano at April 4, 2004 09:01 PMYano, I have actually tried catfish-- in Nashville two years ago. At first it didn't taste too bad but I seriously couldn't swallow it! And I love all sorts of fish.
Now if you gave me a choice of catfish or Spam, I'd take Spam. We used to eat it camping sometimes. Oh, and did you know Seattle has a big Spam carving festival once a year--it is a big deal?!
