my faves to play for both reasons are rugby, field hockey, and soccer.

Baseball (played just for fun with my bro who was on baseball teams. I was never on one though, even though my bro and his friends said i shoulda joined a team lmao.)
Played a little basketball just for fun, never was on a team cause i didn't like basketball THAT much lol.
Was in gymnastics when i was in 1st or 2nd-3rd grade (yeah, that lasted long LOL!) i quit because they kept putting me in the beginner level classes. Not because i was bad, but because there wasn't enough ppl signed up for the intermediate class, which i shoulda been in. Ah well lol.
Aaaand that's about it.
