Greetings from Long Beach, California!!!!
We don't have a phone line or a DSL yet, so I'm sitting at an internet cafe typing this up. (And working, too, since today is my first day back at work)
Got into Long Beach yesterday at around 1pm. Went cruising with my dad up and down Pacific Coast Highway while waiting for Dave to finish up with work. Did some essential shopping at Target and other places (when I looked in the fridge, it was pizza, Coke and beer) to get my new pad up to speed. Spent most of the night getting things organized, but made a quick stop by Rusty's to say 'Hey neighbor, happy birthday, nice car, ok later, Dave has work tomorrow'. Must schedule more meeting times with the rest of my Long Beach peoples sometime this week. Or at least within the next 10 months. Yes Rod, Lanie, Rick, Paula and Peter, that means you. And also the other LA area peeps, like Sarah, Soo, Raven, ST Sarah and Sam! And whoever else!
I'll have a report on my wedding and the roadtrip later on....still have a lot of cleaning to do!
Oh, and there's no honeymoon, guys....the next 10 months counts as an extended honeymoon for us right now!

No honeymoon? Are you guys too busy? That's a bummer though, you need to get away for a long weekend or something with Dave. You should think about heading out to Catalina Island, Santa Barbara, or Carmel or something for the weekend.
