My four years at Urbana were the best in my life, and I know I'll get shit if I don't post at least ONE picture of Emer during this marathon. So here they are. The wonderful, amazing friends that helped me through some tough times in school. That I partied with, studied with, cried with, and basically learned about life with. Thanks to everyone in these pictures for all that they've done for me, and so much more!
My memories at U of I are the reason for my favorite quote from the Joy Luck Club:
"I don't know why something that made me so happy then feels so sad now. Maybe that is the way it is with the best memories"
I had the best memories there, and looking back on a lot of them are bittersweet. They were great days, and it was such a carefree time for me. But they're over, and I'm a grownup now. Fortunately, all the people I love from those times are also trying to be grownups, too!
