Real quick...
Sammy got a new tattoo. To cover up an old tattoo. Because he's married now. To a woman who's name ISN'T the one that was tattooed on his back. So he had to do a coverup. And why get a little one, when you can get the whole span of your back covered? OUCH. But it's pretty, isn't it?
