10 Days and 21 pages later...

So I've finally finished my SLC review. It's only taken me 10 days to write them. I guess I'm a bit, um, verbose, because the whole thing is 21 pages long. And I didn't even write about EVERYTHING! But I'm done, finally. Thanks to all the proofreaders for going through it for me. I hope you all enjoy it! I'm not going to post it up here, because it's WAY too long, but feel free to comment on it - I'll put in the comment post at the bottom as a link. Also, if you don't have the 5 hours to read the story, there's a link to download a zipped version (about 600K zipped. YES, 600K). I'd really love to hear your opinions!

Here it is:

Hey Christine,

Great article! I need to figure out how to get my tape to you. Are you staying at the Bay Valley Resort? Email me so we can figure it out. But you have to PROMISE you'll dub out my comments. I won't have a copy of the tape by this weekend to hand over to a certain "someone." :)

Excellent story!! You had a little bit of everything . . . the thrill of victory, the agony of defeat, and it appeared to be a great learning experience for you.

Christine:

Great insights, stories, opinions, and hilarious comments......you hadn't interviewed before? Boy, you had ME fooled! But I've seriously gotta say....can marriage be as exciting as making short track films? Hahahahah.......you single women going to Bay City don't know what sacrifices we married ladies have made for our husbands. Keep the stories coming, and the love for ALL our skaters flowing...

Big ol' Hugs....ma

yeah, with all of this writing about SLC, do you have a florist for your wedding yet? =P Just kidding... it may be a while before I get to read your 21 page manifesto...

I'm glad you all are liking it, and I'm sorry, but I can't give you the 2 hours of your life back that it took for you to read my endless ramblings. Thanks to everyone for all their kind words! It was fun to write, but sadly, as someone had mentioned to me after reading it, it kinda brings closure to the whole experience. But that's ok, because Bay City is just around the corner!

Claudine, if you mention a florist one more time, i'm going to kick your ass. Or even worse, make you an altar server at the wedding.
