Well, I actually took the train to work today, and DAMN! It's fucking cold out there! I don't want to have any skin showing. It's a 5 block walk to my office. By the time I get there, my hands are numb. So the temp today is in the teens, windchill in the single digits. Tomorrow, they're expecting it to be in the single digits, can you imagine what the wind chill is gonna be? Makes me kinda wish I was back on the west coast again. Either that, or under my blanket, nice and toasty warm.
And to top it all off, no more hot cocoa in the office today!
Tell me if this is weird or not. I've taken a poll of people before, and they've said it's weird. Over the last 2 or 3 weeks, I've seen a lot of street lights turn off. Like I'll be driving along a highway, and one of the streetlights will burn out, right before I pass it by. Or even just on city streets. I'd say on average, I'd see one burn out 3 times a week. Does that happen to you guys at all? It used to happen often before (like once or twice a month) but had stopped occuring until a couple weeks ago. I find it really strange. And really eerie. Almost supernatural. Opinions, anyone?
