Well, today is pretty uneventful. By saying that, something mind blowing will happen after I post this.

Anyway, yesterday, I was driving home, and there was construction and traffic, and it was moving SO SLOWLY. Then I looked into the car next to me, and it was this old couple. You know how you sometimes hear your favorite tune on the radio, and you just start bopping your head? Well, the couple was so adorable, because they were totally dancing and getting down in the car. They were laughing and clapping hands, it was so cute. I couldn't help but smile and think, you know, life is good. Sometimes you get into these funks where you think that life is awful, and you're waiting for this big change, this big sign that there's something better out there. But it's the little things like this that you have to look out for, that remind you that the world isn't so bad.

*sigh* There's a lot to do at work today, and I'm doing a really good job at getting it done. Maybe it's the fear that if I don't get all my shit done, that they'll call me while on vacation. And seriously, my office has called my cell during almost every vacation I've been on. It's not fun.

But at least I'll be heading out to LA on Thursday. I'm really excited. We're going out there to visit Moises, because he's having his graduation party and he invited a couple of us from work. That's him and I on the right. Dan's coming with me, as my escort, heh heh. But he's just using this trip as an excuse to go to Magic Mountain. Not that I have any objections, because it should be lots of fun. It'll be a great trip. And don't worry, I'll take lots of pictures!
